On Friday 30th June the children in year 6 will be holding a cake sale at playtime. The cakes will be priced between 50p and £1 each. There will be a limit of one cake per pupil. Children who would like to purchase a treat should bring their money in an envelope on Friday morning.
They children are planning to use any money raised to adopt an animal from Chester Zoo in support of the zoo’s work on conservation and in line with their recent learning about endangered animals as part of their ‘Life on Land’ inquiry.
