Having reviewed our staffing and utility costings, we are unfortunately having to increase our After School Club fees to a flat rate of £8.
On some instances, despite starting the session full, after children are collected early we still have to pay for full staffing due to our ratio policy.
We have discussed this with Clybiau Plant Cymru and we feel that £8 is good value for up to 2 hours of childcare and is very competitive against other settings in the area.
We will be sending home information tomorrow on how to use the new booking system on ParentPay and will disable the old system on Friday. If you can ensure your balances are clear prior to then it will really help us.
