Thank you all for the warm welcome I’ve received during my first two weeks at Ysgol Acrefair. It’s been a fantastic start, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the children.
I’m grateful for your support as we’ve introduced changes to our morning and afternoon routines. As a new headteacher, safeguarding is a top priority, and these adjustments are helping to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our pupils.
To improve the school entrance, the walkway is being cleared and overhanging trees trimmed back. I’m also working with the council to relocate the bin compound, which will create more space for families at drop-off and pick-up times.
