Dear Parents and Carers,
I will be out of the office for the next few weeks and during my absence the following arrangements have been made to ensure there is no disruption to communication:
Mrs Jones will be helping in the office for an hour in the mornings whilst Mrs Rodgers will be at the school gate. It would really assist them if all children arrive at school before the school gates close at 9:00am and if all absences are recorded on the school absence line before 9:30am.
If you need to collect your child before the end of the school day, please let staff know in advance as there will inevitably be a delay in responding to the front door.
General messages can be left on the school phone and will be picked up during the day. If you urgently need to contact the school and receive no answer on the main phone, we have a temporary mobile phone that will be manned by staff during the school day. The number is 07518 296660. This number will also be displayed on the front gate and on the front door. We ask for your support at this time and only phone this number in an emergency as all messages left on the answer machine will be listened to during the school day.
