Sleep…
Quality sleep is essential for children’s growth and development. Sleep deprivation causes increased hyperactivity and other behavioural problems, as well as damaging physical and mental development.
We have put together a small selection of sleep hygiene information and resources to use within school and share with your school community to help improve everyone’s sleep.
