As part of our commitment to the WOW Walk to School Project, we encourage families, wherever possible, to walk, cycle or scoot to school. Children can earn badges for their participation, and it is a great way to promote healthy lifestyles while reducing traffic around the school.
To help ease congestion, we continue to operate staggered start and finish times:
- Nursery: 9.00am start
- Reception to Year 6: 8.50am start
- Reception and Year 1: 3.00pm finish
- Years 2-6: 3.15pm finish
The large green gates will open at 2.50pm for parents collecting from Kiddies World. There are a limited number of parking spaces available in this area, along with designated spaces for blue badge holders.
Please do not queue at the green gates before 2.50pm, as this prevents Kiddies World staff from leaving the site and may restrict access for emergency vehicles.
The staff car park remains closed to parents and pupils for safety reasons. We experienced a number of near misses last year as vehicles were turning and manoeuvring in this area. To help keep all children safe and prevent accidents, please do not use the staff car park for dropping off or collecting your child.
