The school nursing team are coming in to school on Thursday 26th November to administer the Flu Vaccination. Whilst this is still some time away, there is a lot of work to do prior to the day and we’d really appreciate your help in completing the online consent form as soon as possible to ensure the process runs smoothly. It’s still important to complete it even if you want to opt out.
