The session will take place on Tuesday 6th October from 2:00pm onwards at Ysgol Acrefair, giving parents and carers the opportunity to pop in before collecting their children at the end of the school day.
This is a relaxed and informal session where parents can ask questions and receive practical advice about keeping children safe online. Topics will include:
• Sharing photos of children on social media and the risks associated with “sharenting”
• How to talk to children about online safety
• Guidance on higher-risk apps and online platforms
• Staying safe when using AI
• Practical internet safety tips for families
Whether your child is already using the internet or not, this session offers valuable information and advice for all parents and carers.
