Firstly, we’d like to apologise for the delay in opening bookings for our brand new After School Club (For children aged 3+) We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to finalise all of the logistics to ensure we can provide a safe, fun and well-organised service for your children.
Thank you so much for bearing with us – we’re excited to finally confirm that we’ll be opening from Thursday 3rd September!🎉
Our sessions will include:

🌿 Outdoor play
🎨 Creative experiences
🤝 Opportunities to relax, play and make new friends after school
💷 Session Fees
• £12 per session(3:00pm – 5:30pm)
• £50 for a full week booking (saving £10!)
Session fees and weekly booking discount are for advance bookings only.
We understand emergencies happen, so same day bookings will be accommodated wherever possible, depending on staffing arrangements. These will be charged at £15 per session. While we will always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee availability for same day requests.
📝 How to Book
Bookings will be made using our Google Form (link attached).
📅 Booking forms for the following week will be released every Thursday afternoon.
Once bookings close:
• Invoices will be sent to parents.
• Payment must be made by bank transfer before the session.
• We cannot accept cash payments.
• Unfortunately, children will not be able to attend unless payment has been received before the session begins.
📋 Registration
Before your child can attend, a Registration Form must be completed.
Once you’ve submitted your details via the Google Form, we’ll prepare an agreement document which you’ll be asked to sign when collecting your child from their first session.
If your child has any medical conditions, allergies or other health needs, an appropriate care plan must be completed before they attend.
