This week, a total of 48 children have arrived late to school, resulting in the loss of nearly 13 hours of valuable learning time.
Children must be in school by 9:00am so that registers can be taken and learning can begin. Arriving late disrupts lessons, affects children’s progress, and impacts the learning of others in the class.
School doors open at 8:50am and close promptly at 9:00am. Please make every effort to arrive within this time window to ensure your child does not miss out on learning.
Continued lateness will be monitored and may be followed up in line with the Local Authority’s attendance procedures which we are eager to avoid.
