Following feedback from last year’s Years 3–6 Christmas concert at Ruabon Church—where some parents told us they struggled to see their children clearly due to the layout and seating—we have decided to make a change this year. To ensure a more enjoyable experience for everyone, we will be holding a more intimate Christmas concert at school.
The children will perform up close, and they will also be serving tea and mince pies, creating a warm and personal celebration for all.
This is not a move away from tradition. The church service remains a valued part of our school’s history, and we will happily consider returning to the church in future years if this is what staff, children, and families would prefer.
