We have had a confirmed case of Strep A in our school. Please seek advice from your chemist or GP if your child has some/all of the following symptoms:
Fever, sore throat with white patches, headache, chills, loss of appetite, trouble swallowing, vomiting/nausea, muscle aches.
The local chemists have let us know they are able to swab and provide results immediately. They can also prescribe antibiotics.
