Diddy Dragons have introduced a new system for booking children into the after school club. Please use the attached form for w/c 19th February (the week we return after the half-term holiday). Bookings via email and Facebook will not monitored.
Additionally, we have made the following changes that will help us plan staffing levels and provisions more efficiently. We understand that there will on occasions be emergencies and we will of course be happy to work with you around these wherever possible. In this instance, please phone the school office on 01978 820616.
1. All bookings are to be made by 9am each Monday for the week ahead.
2. We require 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation. If notice is not provided there will be a cancellation charge of £7 applied.
3. Late collection after 5.30pm will incur a fee of £8 for every 15 minutes which will be used to pay the staff that are left supervising the child.
4. If severe weather conditions force the closure of the school, then the club will also close for health & safety reasons. We will try and give as much notice as possible and fees will be refunded in this instance.
