Dear Parents,
If your child is attending the ‘AmaSing’ event on Tuesday 20th June below is some important information and recommendations ahead of the day.
Firstly, the coach will leave the school at 1:30pm. They will have a normal school dinner so please remember to order this should they have school dinners. Rehearsals will take place all afternoon. As rehearsals will be ongoing, please ensure that your child brings some sandwiches and snacks for tea to be eaten at 4:30pm and during other breaks throughout the afternoon.
For those who have returned their forms, T-shirts have been ordered for you and we will give these out to the children on the day.
If you would like to come and watch the concert, tickets are still available on the William Aston Hall website. I should note that our performance night is Tuesday 20th June, so when ordering, please make sure to order tickets for that evening only.
For those who will be watching the concert, you can collect your child after it from the steps outside of the William Aston Hall. If you are unable to attend the concert, please ensure that you pick your child up at 8pm from the steps outside.
The children have worked extremely hard and practised lots in preparation for this event, and they are really looking forward to a wonderful experience. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email me directly at HalleyC@hwbcymru.net, and I will respond as soon as possible.
